Communications Specialist
The GPA is looking for a communications specialist to communicate with GPA chapters and the broader GPA network consisting of students and alumni/alumnae. The role will involve creating and distributing network-wide emails of GPA news, communicating with individuals (e.g., chapter leaders) via email and voice, and hosting conference calls. The communications specialist will interact directly with the GPA executive director.

Social Networking Specialist
The GPA is looking for a social networking specialist to aid in finding developers for GPA’s social networking site. This site will be the central location for students alumni/alumnae who have taken the Graduation Pledge, and GPA chapter leaders to interact with one another and with GPA headquarters. The social networking specialist will interact directly with GPA leadership to seek out developers and technology solutions for the site, review developer proposals and cost estimates, and ultimately make recommendations on developers and technologies the GPA should select to build the site.

Outreach Coordinator
The GPA is seeking an outreach coordinator to help expand the reach of the GPA enterprise. The outreach coordinator will work directly with the GPA executive director to find and communicate with critical stakeholders such as employers interested in social and environmental responsibility, potential donor and partner organizations, potential GPA chapters on college and university campuses, and alumni/alumnae who have taken the Graduation Pledge but have not interacted directly with GPA. The outreach coordinator and GPA executive director will also work together to design and implement surveys to help GPA understand stakeholder views on social and environmental responsibility.

Solid communication skills are a must. This position can be performed from a remote location, so a strong ability to work independently is also a must. Grant Writer
The GPA is seeking a grant writer to help GPA seek out and respond to grant opportunities. The grant writer will work directly with the GPA executive director and the GPA executive committee to find grant opportunities, create grant proposals, and guide grant proposals through the grant process at Bentley University (the home of the GPA). Strong communication skills are a requirement, and experience with grant processes is preferred. This position can be performed from a remote location, so a strong ability to work independently is also a must. Executive Assistant
The GPA is seeking an executive assistant to support the work of the GPA executive director. The role will involve email and voice outreach to GPA stakeholders such as chapter leaders and students, assembly of grant proposals, maintenance of the GPA website, and other small tasks as determined in collaboration with the GPA executive director. Strong communication skills are a requirement. This position can be performed from a remote location, so a strong ability to work independently is also a must. Enterprise Architect
The GPA is overhauling itself based on lean enterprise principles developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Lean Advancement Initiative. The goal: move from offering a pledge to offering an entire leadership and mentorship experience in social and environmental responsibility extending beyond graduation. The enterprise architect will work directly with GPA’s executive director and executive committee to develop and assess revised metrics, business processes (including IT-related processes), strategic objectives, and stakeholder values. The enterprise architect will also interact with leadership of GPA campus chapters to assemble pilot programs. The architect’s work will directly inform and guide the overhaul of the GPA.

A background in business process development is required; a background in lean enterprise principles is preferred. Strong communication skills are a must.
